WATER ENVIRONMENT RESEARCH FOUNDATION – Counsel - Contracts /Grants: Responsible for negotiation, drafting and management of legal agreements for Federal and private grant programs and research projects.
AOL LLC – Counsel - Intellectual Property: Primary attorney responsible for managing the trademark portfolio of a global web services company.
MARCH OF DIMES FOUNDATION – Associate Counsel: Provided a full suite of services in nonprofit and corporate law.
TEXACO INC. – Trademark Contractor: Managed global trademark portfolio for one of the world’s leading petroleum companies.
U.S. PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE – Attorney/Advisor: Examined trademark applications to determine whether they complied with the substantive and procedural requirements for registration under the Lanham Act.
